After breakfast at your hotel, tour
to the Forbidden City (the Imperial
Palace), the Tiananmen Square and the
Summer Palace. Enjoy the Beijing Duck
Dinner and the Peking Opera in the evening.

City: Used to
be the imperial palace of the Ming
(1368 - 1644) and Qing (1616-1911)
dynasties.
Tiananmen
Square: Tian'anmen
was the front gate of the Imperial
Palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
In front of the gate is the world's
largest open ground in the city -
the Tian'anmen Square.
Summer
Palace: A magnificent imperial

Ming
Tombs: The mausoleums
of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty.

Beijing
/ Departure (BL)
Start your morning tour with your exploration
of the Temple of Heaven, then see pandas
in Beijing Zoo. Have a Hutong hour by
rickshaw in the afternoon. Transfer
to the airport for your departure or
free activity on your own. End of service.
Temple
of Heaven: An outstanding
representative of Chinese traditional
architecture for its clever design and
harmoneous colors. During the Ming and
Qing dynasties, the emperor came to
pray and thank gods for the harvests
every year.
Beijing
Zoo: The zoo houses
over 7,000 creatures of 600 different
species, including the giant panda,
red-crowned crane and Pere David's deer-all
unique to China-as well as the African
giraffe, rhinoceros, chimpanzee and
antelope; American continent; wild ox
from Europe; and elephant and gibbon
from India.
Hutong:
Narrow streets or alleys, in Beijing,
hutongs are alleys formed by lines of
siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences.
